The Spectra SP -300BT wireless transcription headset comes with built-in microphone and volume control. It includes 4.0 USB adaptor for use with PC’s that do not have Bluetooth. This means that you can run it on PC’s running Windows 7, 8 and 10 that are NOT Bluetooth ready.
