When will my order ship?
After the order has been placed and the payment has been received before 10 AM, we ship the item/s within 1-2 business days. We are working hard to send your order to our logistics partner, Sendle within the day. We may also have them pick up your order from the warehouse for shipping. Any orders placed after 10 AM will be processed on the next business day.
Processing of shipments are made from Monday through Friday (except on weekends and holidays). No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders take 3-7 business days for transit time. Please take note that this does not include the processing time. Moreover, delivery dates may change due to restrictions presented by the carrier, or due to weather conditions.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and shipped (excluding Saturday and Sunday). The email or SMS will contain the order details, shipment details, the tracking number, and the link to track your order.

As soon as the products you ordered has been shipped or has left our warehouse, it is no longer under Copia’s control. We highly suggest that you contact the courier for further details or track your order through Sendle.

Does Copia ship to multiple addresses?
We only deliver to one address per order. If you intend to send your items to multiple addresses, we highly suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
Does Copia ship to APO Military addresses or to a PO Box address?
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO or FPO boxes. Please enter a valid business address for your ship-to address.
Can I add or remove a product after I have placed my order or after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order that has already been shipped. If you have an issue with the order, please contact our licensed specialists.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order that has already been shipped.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates will vary by location. We determine the appropriate shipping method and carrier by taking into account the shipment’s dimensional and actual weight, your place of destination, the package’s requirements, etc.
We have a flat rate charge of $19 and for every additional item $5. The same charge will occur if you have requested delivery directly to an End User (must be to a valid business address and not PO Box) regardless of the value of that order.
Please note that all these charges are for Standard road delivery. However, if you need an express freight please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can quote.
Can I rush my order?
Unfortunately, not at this time due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are operating on a skeletal workforce but rest assured, we are working hard to send your order in a timely manner.
Normally, next day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10 AM are delivered by the next business day, and 3-day air shipments placed and confirmed by 10 AM are delivered within 3 business days. If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the item, if it is in stock in one of our Warehouses around Australia it should arrive in 1-3 days, if we need to do a special order this will depend on the item ordered. Please email email@example.com to find out more about the item you are after.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number to monitor your order.
Do I receive an order confirmation for my order?
Yes. Tracking details will be provided to you straight away if an e-mail has been provided. Please make sure to check the tracking number with www.sendle.com
What if my order never arrived?
If you have not received your order after 14 business days, please contact us for assistance. You may also give it a little more time. As you may already know, deliveries take longer these.
What if the item is on backorder?
Out of stock items will take longer to ship. We will order your desired item from our partner and wait until it arrives in our warehouse. We, then process your order for shipment. Please keep in mind that items arriving after 10 AM will be processed the same day. Any order placed after 2 pm is considered next day transaction.
